Bangkok, Thailand – Nov 6, 2012 – At this year’s In-Cosmetics Asia 2012, BASF showcases a wide range of innovations and products under its new Care Creations™ brand. Measuring 135-square-meters, the exhibition area offers space to explore BASF’s extensive product portfolio. From November 6 to 8, 2012 visitors can also experience how BASF gets its inspiration for innovation from real life and how the personal care market can be shaped by products drawing on people’s needs and desires.

BASF Beauty Creations addresses key corrective actions in skin care

Among the latest innovations on display by Beauty Creations, the cosmetic active ingredient business of BASF, is Ultra Filling Spheres™, which offers a much higher capacity for water absorption and swelling than the previous generations of Filling Spheres™. The enhanced water absorption of Ultra Filling Spheres™ increases its ability to plump out deep as well as superficial wrinkles and leaves the skin surface smooth.

 

On show is also “Skin Clinic”, a new concept inspired by the latest techniques and treatments existing in plastic surgery and dermatology. Thanks to a selection of cutting-edge skin care actives with proven efficacy, “Skin Clinic” allows for the use of novel claims in relation to maintaining skin health and appearance.
